Please find below the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) held on 22nd July 2025, summarizing key discussion points and upcoming action items
related to ERP module implementation and enhancements across schools.

1. Certificates
1.1 TC, Bonafide, CEA – Minor corrections needed (e.g., NKG Vasco)
1.2 Requirement for Appreciation Certificate/Co-curricular Certificate (NKG kattabomman)
-To be discussed with NES
1.3 ID Card – Watermark should be school name, not “Navy Children School” (NKG valsura)
1.4 ID Card Size – Issue with sizing (NKG Kochi)

2. Transfer Certificate (TC):
2.1 TC-generated students unable to login (Re-admission/same mobile number)-(NKG Colaba)
2.2 Subjects not registered by school are getting displayed (NCS Arakkonam)
2.3 TC number not auto-generated (NKG Colaba)

3. Fee Module :
3.1 Installments:
Option for yearly/quarterly installment needed (NKG Pallava/NKG Shivaji etc)
3.2 Online Payment Issues:
Refund-related issues cause late fee (NCS Arakkonam/others)
Debit card option to be enabled (NCS Arakkonam)
Multiple payments not reflecting in app (NKG Dronacharya/others) – Video available
Duplicate fee installment issue (NKG Kochi/others)
3.3 Caution Deposit:
Manual entries being done; need automation (NKG Colaba)
3.4 Payment Gateway:
Merging of NKG and NCS funds (NKG Ezhimala) – Follow up with Ramashish

4. Attendance Module:
4.1 Leave and Absent to be shown as separate statuses (NKG Colaba / Kattabomman / others)
4.2 Enable student leave request feature in app (NKG Valsura / others)
4.3 For mid-session admissions – show previous attendance only for transfer cases;
keep blank for new admissions (NKG Kattabomman)
4.4 Backdated attendance permission issue in phone app (NKG Karanja)
4.5 Current status options limited – need to add "Leave" and "Half Day"
   - Leave will be added
   - Half Day will take approx. 2 months

5. Leave Module:
5.1 Online leave application for students to be enabled in the phone app (NKG Porbandar/All NCS/NKG's)

6. HPC :
6.1 HPC process to be fully automated before October (NKG Porbandar/NKG Colaba/others)

7. Reports :
7.1 Reports should be viewable by staff/parents date-wise, not based on academic year (NCS Arakkonam/others)
7.2 Notes uploaded in app disappear after 20 days – Need retention (NKG Porbandar/others)

8. Permission Feature :
8.1 Edit permissions needed for staff (NKG Colaba)
8.2 Teachers unable to edit their profiles – SM to connect (NKG Kattaboman)

9. Academic Module :
9.1 Only assigned subjects should be visible for mark/grade entry (NKG Vizag)
Entry needed both student-wise and subject-wise
9.2 Circulars posted for specific classes are visible to all (NKG Porbandar/NKG Colaba/others)

10. Survey Module :
10.1 Previously submitted surveys should not be editable by participants. (NKG Colaba)

11. QR Code :
11.1 Feedback QR code reports show only partial feedback due to word limit (NKG Colaba)

12. Android/IOS Issues

13.Next week Action Plan:
Website Builder webinar to be scheduled next week.
Staff Attendance APK to be shared with schools for testing. (NKG Colaba/NKG Shivaji)
SMs will connect with schools for QR code implementation.
