Managing files efficiently is essential when building or maintaining a website. This guide explains how to use the Business Drive feature to store, manage, and reuse media in your website builder.
In the website builder, open any page and go to Content > Edit.
Click on the File Picker icon at the top-left to open the central repository for all your files.
Inside the Drive, click Add Folder to organize files.
Upload files (images, PDFs, Word/Excel documents, videos) to the relevant folder.
Give each file a title and description for easier search and reuse.
Once uploaded, every file gets a public view link.
To insert a file (like an image) into your website:
Copy its public view link.
Edit the component where you want to display the image.
Paste the link and save.
Add YouTube video links.
Create plain text entries for reusable content like FAQs.
Preview all uploaded files from the "Files" tab.
View specific media types (Photos, Videos, PDFs, Documents) independently.
