The School Diary feature serves as a centralized information hub for students and parents, providing quick access to key resources related to the school. By configuring this feature, schools can offer seamless connectivity between parents, students, and school administration.

To set up this feature in your school’s system, follow these steps:

1. Go to Configuration

2. Click on the Settings Menu

3. Select 'School Diary'

4. Create a dedicated page for your school, including essential details (explained below).

5. Print and include this page in the School Diary for easy access.

Your School Diary page should contain the following key elements:

• School’s Web Login: Provides direct access to the school’s online portal.

• Parent App Download Link: Enables parents to download and install the school’s mobile application.

• Support Link: Directs parents and students to the school’s help desk for troubleshooting issues.

• QR Codes for Quick Access:

  • School’s Web Login QR Code

  • Parent App Download QR Code

  • Support and Contact QR Code

  • Admission Page QR Code (for new student admissions)

• Quick Access: Parents can access school resources effortlessly by scanning QR codes.

• Improved Communication: Helps parents and students stay connected with school administrators.

• Streamlined Support: Reduces the hassle of searching for links by centralizing information in one place.

• Personalized Access: Each QR code directs users to a customized page relevant to the student.

We strongly recommend that schools print this page and include it in the School Diary to ensure easy access for parents and students. By implementing this feature, schools can enhance communication, simplify access to resources, and improve overall efficiency.
